FOR THE UNITED STATES:
Provide the following information by e-mail, letter or by phone call:
•Bank account number.
•Routing number.
•Bank name (only these banks apply: BANK OF AMERCIA, CHASE, IBC, WELLS FARGO)
•You must be the account holder.
•SSN, TIN or FEIN
•People who do not have an account number registered will receive a check at their address.
•You are paid the total amount you generate without deducting taxes. In the first 14 days of the month of January, Form 1099 is provided for you to declare your taxes.

FOR GUATEMALA:
Provide the following information by e-mail or letter:
•Bank account number (it just applies for BANRURAL).
•You must be the account holder.
•Provide your own invoice.
•If you do not have your own invoice, Herbax provides you with one discounting VAT and ISR taxes.
•People who do not have an account number registered will receive a check which they can collect at our offices or it is sent to them in their next product order.

1. SHIPPING OPTIONS.
We have shipping service from Monday to Friday. The delivery time varies depending on the place of your residence.
It is important that you take into account that your order will be sent one day after the payment was validated by the company.

2. SHIPPING COST.
A standard shipping cost of $99.00 per order.

3. DELIVERY TIME.
The average delivery time is 5 to 7 business days.

UNITED STATES:
1. SHIPPING OPTIONS.
We have shipping service from Monday to Saturday. Herbax provides for your convenience Domestic Priority Mail 3 day delivery service. We use three different shipping companies: USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
Our shipping department selects the company that we know will be the fastest to deliver your items. Shipping can be by air or land according to the area we are shipping.

2. SHIPPING COST.
The cost of shipping and delivery will be charged to the “INDEPENDENT DISTRIBUTOR” except where HERBAX establishes otherwise.
We have the following options and costs:
• Domestic Priority Mail 3 day delivery. (Standard package) Leaving the package at your door $9.00
• Domestic Priority Mail 3 day delivery. (Standard package) Package delivery with signature on delivery $12.00
• Domestic Priority Mail 3 day delivery. (Commercial package with invoiced value between $1,000 – $1,499). Package delivery with signature against delivery $ 50
• Domestic Priority Mail 3 day delivery. (Commercial package with invoiced value between $1,500 or greater) Delivery of package with signature against delivery $100

3. DELIVERY TIME.
Delivery time under normal conditions takes 3 to 5 business days. In atypical times such as federal holidays, weather disasters, pandemics, etc. delivery times can vary considerably.

GUATEMALA:

How do I access my Virtual Office (Team Office)?2020-10-16T00:39:26-06:00

o be able to enter your Virtual Office (Team Office) you must have a username and password.

Your user number is the Associate number that was provided to you when you signed up as an independent Herbax distributor.

To obtain your password you must access the following link, and click on “I forgot my password.”

At the end of this step, you will receive an email from Herbax where you will be provided with a temporary password with which you can enter your virtual office (Team Office).

Once you enter your virtual office (Team Office) using the temporary password assigned to you, you can create your new password in the menu My Account / My Account Settings. Once you have entered My account Settings there are several tabs. You must click on the Username tab, and there you can create your new password.

If you did not provide this information in your Application for admission, you can use the following options:
